Has we head out of the Toy Fair season for 2010 I’m going to start posting about all the toys and games to look out for in 2010.
Starting off with lego, we have already previewed the new January range of lego sets for Atlantis and Lego Toy Story and now comes the turn of the big boys with Lego Star Wars.
Lego Star Wars is always one of the most anticipated of all the lego sets and 2010 looks like being one of the best years ever to be a lego Star Wars fan with six exciting star wars sets already released including:

- lego Luke’s Landspeeder
- lego Rebel Troop Army Pack
- lego Snow Trooper Army Pack
- lego TIE Defender
- lego Droid Tri-Fighter
and if this isn’t enough to wet your appetite then just wait untill you see what’s coming in the Summer it’s enough to get you crazy with excitment, you can look forward to: Slave 1, a brand new AT-AT, the Clone Turbo Tank and wampa cave to name but a few, I will be making additional posts on these sets in the coming weeks.

Well the new Transformers 2 movie opened at the weekend and it looks like it’s going to be a huge boxoffice hit and of course with the release of transformers 2 comes the excitement of the new Transformers 2 toys!
After the initial release of the Transformers 2 Toys previews figures, Hasbro has released the first full waves from the Leader Series, Deluxe and Voyager series and fans will not be disappointed!
One of the most sought after Transformers 2 toys will be the mighty Transformers 2 Construction Devastator figure, this will be one of the most sought after Transformers 2 toys this year and I predict that the Construction Devastator will be one of the big Christmas Toys for 2009.

Lego Join Forces with Ben 10
Yes that’s right, Lego have just announced that they are joining forces with Ben 10 to bring out a range of construction toys for spring 2010 according to Toy News.
The range, based on the Ben 10 Alien Force adventures, is expected to launch globally in Spring 2010 and promises a new twist on the Lego building system.
“Over the past four years, Ben 10 has established itself as a global brand that continues to expand and thrive in different categories and markets,” said Christina Miller, vice president, Cartoon Network Enterprises.
“Expanding this relationship with Lego, the leading construction toy brand, is an exciting opportunity for Ben 10 that will continue to build towards years of future success at retail.”
”We’re thrilled to expand our very successful partnership with Cartoon Network to now include licensing and product development,” said Jill Wilfert, vice president of licensing and entertainment for Lego Group.
“There is such a natural synergy between fans of the Lego brand and the loyal audience that Cartoon Network engages, and Ben 10 Alien Force is the perfect property on which to base a new way to build and play with Lego elements.”
This is really exciting news for Lego and Ben 10 fans and Lego look like having an amazing year in 2010 with this and the Disney License.

You must have seen the TV adverts for the new HM Armed Forces Toys, these army action figures are amazing and have already proved to be a massive success in their first 2 weeks of launch.
I have already predicted that the new HM Armed Forces Toys will be amongst the most wanted toys for Christmas 2009, with the HM Armed Forces Battle Tank and HM Armed Forces Fast Jet at the top of every little boys Christmas wish list!

Transformers 2 Toys - available now - Revenge of the fallen

The new Transformers 2 toys have just started making their way to online retailers here in the UK and Hasbro have pulled out all the stops for this great range!
Just as Hasbro did with the first Transformers Movie, they have released 2 preview figures in the deluxe action figures range:
Both great Characters from the new Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen movie and will both go down well with fans.
Also released early for Transformers 2 toys collectors are:
- Transformers 2 Bumblebee Voice Changer Helmet
- Transformers 2 Leader Optimus Prime Figure
- Transformers 2 Leader Megatron Figure
Both the leader figures are new versions of the mega popular Transformers Movie Leader series. The Leader range is the biggest of the Transformers figure range.
