I was lucky enough to get to view the whole range of Zoobles toys at the UK Toy Fair and straight away this range of girls collectibles stood out from the crowd!
By now you may have seen the zoobles TV advert that has been showing on the Nickelodeon, NickToons and Nick Jr channels and have been wondering what these Zoobles toys are?
Well Zoobles are cute and colourful characters, aimed at young girls aged from 4 years and up, that take the shape of a ball until they hit a ‘hot spot’ and spring to life!
Each Zooble comes packaged with a ‘Happitat’ or house, which when placed upon, will activate your zooble to spring open. Basically each zoobles character has magnet inside and when rolled over another magnet either on a zoobles play set or on their Happitat’s the zoobles spring to life. It’s very much like Spin Masters boys range Bakugan.
Zoobles are being marketed as a collectibles range for girls and at the time of writing there are over 150+ zoobles to collect. Each zooble has it’s own name and number so that you can keep track of your collection and there are a number of different play sets like the zoobles blossoming garden playset which can be added to create a world for your zoobles characters!

Each of these zoobles toys has there own unique features, for example the Zoobles hairdoobles come with easy to style hair extensions!
I have to admit I got to see a lot of mini collectible toys at the Toy Fair this year, but this range really stood out above the crowd, even down to the packaging with it’s bright radiant colours. Girls are going to go mad for these little characters, they are small enough that they can be taken around in pockets and I can see zoobles running amok in playgrounds up and down the country!
Just wait until you see some of the zoobles playsets and new zoobles themes that will be avilable later in the year!
Zoobles really are going to be one of the top girls toys for 2011 and don’t be surprised to see some of the zoobles play sets among the top Christmas toys for 2011!
